How to manage 8 sim household?
Everytime i leave them alone they are nearly ded. Any tipp. Its not like i would care if two went heaven. *tsundere intensifes*

I never found my sims dead... If your sims die I don't understand why it is more likely to happen in a 8 sims household than a smaller household. Here's 3 tips:
Leave them on free will. Sims do take care of their needs, even if they can seem rather dumb at times ;)
Keep them busy by giving them tasks to do. Having a few of them busy will also make it easier to stay in control. I often send a few of them out alone, just to make the house less chaotic :)
While playing, pause the game whenever you need to check on them.
