How to move gravestones to a new save with names/ghosts attached to them?

Are you going to use the same Sims? I was going to suggest you put the gravestones in your Sims' inventory, but then I recalled, Sims don't keep their stuff when you upload them to your library. Honestly, I'm not sure it can be done. Are you just wishing to move them to a new neighborhood? If so, you could move the household, intact, and then do a "Save As …" Otherwise, unless there's someone who actually knows how to do it, I think you may be out of luck on this one. Sorry. I'm not much help today.

Best way is to resurrect the sims, move them into the library and kill them again.

When I do Save as... it creates a completely new separate save? I have never used this function.

But I think I got it sorted. The game repaired itself.

Have you tried putting the Gravestones into a room and saving it? Then create the new save and download the room with gravestones and check if names stayed.

I made a graveyard, no names were on the graves in a new save.

Any one know of this? I will probably try it in the long run, what SiliClone suggested but maybe there is another way.
I've just had the same save since the release. I've played with mods and CC and wanna be sure I can move everything into new save if need be.
Also, how do you kill a ghost?

It's a pain, but you will have to do it the long way suggested. Since you want the gravestones, you'll have to resurrect the ghost sims by removing their ghost traits (some of them can be found here) thus making them alive again. Then you'll have to go through the difficult process of killing them again through the required death you wish the sim to have. Mods will be very helpful in this.

Doesn't MCCC have the option to kill sims? If so you could just use that yo kill them all over again quick.
