How to move gravestones to a new save with names/ghosts attached to them?

Are you going to use the same Sims? I was going to suggest you put the gravestones in your Sims' inventory, but then I recalled, Sims don't keep their stuff when you upload them to your library. Honestly, I'm not sure it can be done. Are you just wishing to move them to a new neighborhood? If so, you could move the household, intact, and then do a "Save As …" Otherwise, unless there's someone who actually knows how to do it, I think you may be out of luck on this one. Sorry. I'm not much help today.
