How to pronounce these names?

Guidry is pronounced 'Gid-ree". The other one, Hawea, I'm going to guess, 'Huh-weh-yuh'? That last one is a total guess.

i pronounce it as

guidry * gee-dree

hawea * ha-way

is that correct? no idea but its how i pronounce it

Guidry: Gouee-dree I think the ui is a dipthong, sort of like the French 'oui' with a 'G' at the front

Hawea: Hah-wee-ah

IDK these names, but general advice: might be handy checking pronunciation sites (or sometimes there will be a thing right on the Google results page) and whenever you see a name you're not sure how to pronounce, see if it's on there. A lot of them have audio guides and sometimes that can be more helpful than phonetic spellings in text. They've certainly helpful for me when naming characters and seeing names on baby name sites or name generators or such that have meanings that fit the characters perfectly but I don't know how to say.
