How to Remove White Outlines/Markers in World View?

To remove the white outline completely you do in origin before you load the game. Right click your game icon and go into game properties from your games library, then advanced launch options tab and enter
"-no hovereffects" without the quotes. It allows you to type several different commands if you wish but that one I use all the time. If you do this in Origin it will load the game with that command every time.
