How to reset sims skills, aspirations, etc to zero

I downloaded a sim from gallery that has most of her skilks maxed and most of the aspirations already complete plus already had a job and a club however I would like to start fresh with all this sim b...

If you have MCCC you can have a sim forget all their skills. Use the cheat code cas.fulleditmode to edit the Sims skills you can remove traits too, including traits that have been gained by completing an aspiration.
