How to Spay/Neuter?

Travel to the vet and sign in to spay/neuter at the podium

Every time I try to sign in, all the options on the kiosk are greyed out. It happens when my sim goes alone or with the pet in question. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work. Do I have to be an actual vet? Or is my game just broken? Lol

are you taking a puppy or adult dog? (or cat) you can't spay or neuter puppies or kittens

He had just aged up from puppy, so...middle? Adult? Not a puppy though.

that is really odd, I had no problems getting my pets fixed. Does the vet clinic you're going to have the surgery machine? They can't do the procedure on the exam table it has to be the big machine

It's the vet place that came with the new world.

So I would assume it has it. I dont think EA would accidentally leave that out

There is in the vet clinic that came with the new world. Just take out your mod folder first and see if it is mod doing it.

I'll try that. Just delete it and replace it, right? It'll auto-fill with employees, right?

Oh, I didn't mention that I don't have any mods (that I know of) running. Some CC houses that people have made though...
