How to start a fire in a house to kill off sims?

Hi! I have a corrupted file and before I reset it I want to burn all of the houses that came with it (BFF, Goth, Pancakes, etc etc.) and kill all of the Sims. I know it may sound cruel, but the only t...

The easiest way to get it done is to grab a ghost who died by fire from the gallery. When angered, he/she gets a special interaction to start a fire. You can use the cheat sims.add_buff e_buff_angry to get him in the right mood.
