How to turn off free build cheat?
I have went from the Science laboratory to home many times and closed and opened my game and the cheat bb.enablefreebuild will not go away. I feel like I'm missing something. Help please!?

Well, I did a little test for the shops, you can't edit them through live mode unless you own them. The freebuild cheat also doesn't work, but it doesn't have to, since you can edit the lots by loading them from the neighbourhood screen.
Basically you only need the freebuild cheat for lots you can't access via the neighbourhood - that is the career venues and the hidden lots. The only exception is the science lab, which has a freely available build mode because it allows you to move around inventions (without having to drag them from one end of the lot to another) and once you have the raygun, you'll be asked to transform items, so you can easily buy more once you run out of a particular item.
