how to you build a rocket ship?
i have the rocket placed on the ground and have tried with different ppl to 'build' it...to no avail. can only a level 10 astronaut build it?

Oh, yeah, it has to be on a residential lot which is a pain. I did use a cheat to build one on a community lot (instant build -- no sim actually built it), but I couldn't upgrade it.
I find that annoying because a rocket would make more sense on a community lot than on a residential lot -- as much as rocket ships make sense I suppose. But a science center would be a better place for the rocketship than a tiny backyard.
