How traditional are your female sims?

Well, I don't play that many Sim families. I mostly play with single Sims. But, in the two families that I do play, the male & female both have max skills, they each have a career, & they take turns cooking & cleaning. In the one family that currently has children, the parents also take turns with child care, mentoring, & helping with homework.
