It's in the Sims 3 - one of the Maxis Characters Liam O'Dourke I think is his name has it in one of the store worlds - and is scared of ghosts and a number of other things. His knees knock, he trembles, appears scared and when the fear overcomes him, he faints. Often (I know it is horrible to say this) I totally crack up watching him trying to be brave.
