How would one find get curry, Saffron and Chilly Powder?

I don't know if this is the place to ask this and if its not go ahead and move it to where it should go and maybe some how let me know where its at so I can find is so if someone or multiple people reply to my post I can read it. Thanks

My question is my sim has learned how to cook some Spicy dishes but I discover theres some ingredients that I'm missing for some of them. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find them or get them or if there is any cheat codes for them or any thing and there the curry, Saffron and Chilly Powder.

You can get curry, saffron, and chili powder from the Spice festival at one of the booths that sells t-shirts, fireworks, spices, etc. At least I think it's called the Spice festival. I'll have to go back into my game and check for sure.

If you go to the swag booth (where you can get the Festival T-shirt, snow globe and fireworks) you can also get the spices.

I think I've gotten it at the normal produce vendors as well. I got it at the spice district since my sim lives there.
