Hunger and eating logics need improvement
It's nothing new, sims in ts4 are the worst when it comes to eating activities. In a household they can cook multiple dishes, even if there already is served food to grab. If you enter a house at 3 AM...

Adding: often a very hungry sim will prepare a meal, but then leave the dish on the counter not really remembering to grab a plate. When hungry enough to cook by free will, a sim should of course be smart enough to also eat the food... ;)
