I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

Thank you. I have just finished building my little vet centre and now I will get my sim over there. I will post pics as I go along of the star status and so on :)
