Changes made. Added a whole lot of environment 10 tiny knights everywhere, a couple under the couch, three in the washbasin and ten under the counters ;)

quality of service, well we are using the best of the best equipment, Carissa is a level 9 vet now, so only one more level to 10 so perhaps things will get better then ??? no idea
