I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

OH NO !!!!! My very smart son just unplugged the computer instead of his gamesteeringwheel, I have no idea when last I saved, will have to load the game and see :/ :|

Ok so disaster struck, there are no little knight feet under the couch. I will edit all my previous posts and play again, I hope not too many of you have seen the results yet :(
