I can't believe they actually acknowledged Dina and Nina's original mother

Are they saying that Katrina is literally not their mother, in some sort of attempt to cover up the backward wokeness that caused them to have to change her name from the original Muslim name she had? Or did they ADMIT that they changed it and are just saying it's not her original name?
