I can't find out how to take the new survey that is mentioned at the sim's community site? any help?

At the sim's community info page, it can be found by going to the sim's community site, they mention a new survey that has been released, it's an official survey from the developer's I believe, I cann...

The survey was sent to select Sims 4 players by email.
