I'd say the majority were broken, I just used money to click "replace" to fix them and used a money cheat to have enough money to fix everything. 

Fishing is a fun challenge too! I know you can get that super expensive violin from the pond in the park in Oasis Springs, that's the most expensive item I know you can find fishing.
