I discovered something very important a little too late

I don't mind that quality actually because it is nice for some sims to have limitations. They should be able to eat seaweed or kelp while in the ocean though so as to fill their needs easily, and they should never get cold or drown.

I don't think plankton count as fish so they could eat that while swimming, similar to some whales.
