I got a warning, can someone help me figure out why?

When ever I add a new pack to the game, I always save each household to my library. It's been something I have been doing since Sims 3 after EA's story progression moved out a few of my favorite sims...

Hmm the word laus in his name is german and means Lice(like head lice) but i dont think that it caused that.
