I got Werewolves, but Moonwood Mill is missing

Any ideas why I don't have Moonwood Mill showing up in my worlds? I know some people ended up with 2 copies, and some were able to fix it by repairing the game, but I don't know how to do that, so if anyone can help I'd appreciate it!

(and if any of you who did get 2 Moonwood Mills stole mine, give it back!! :D )

    To repair the game, right click on the game picture icon. Choose "repair" from the drop down menu.

    .... a) Click on "my game library"
    .... b) Choose game (pic) you want to repair.
    .... c) Right click on that pic, choose "repair" from menu list.

    The Tool mod has been causing this issue. There is an update out for it now.

    The All Worlds Residential mod seemed to be preventing the new world from showing up in my save, even when updated. I had to remove it completely, then I got 2 copies when it did show up.
