I have a question regarding ghost and their needs

I don't play with very many ghosts, and I just currently added one to my household. It's been a few years since I last played with one before. The reason I'm asking is that the ghost I have her needs are not moving. I do play with mods, so I thinking it might be one in there that is causing this, but I figure I would ask before I went through my mods to find out if there is one causing this.

Do their needs drop like the living sim, or do they not?
