I have never had a baby in The Sims 4

So are there chimes at the end of the woohoo to let you know? Or not?

Woohoo does not get sims pregnant. You have to Try For Baby. I don't believe there are any chimes like in Sims 3 but if a sim is potentially pregnant you can click the toilet and have them take a pregnancy test.
