I just dl'ed the pack, loaded up the game ... and I have two copies of Moonwood Mill in my game, and two copies of all the MWM NPCs in my families.I modified the starter home in the first instance of MWM and changed the name, and it's changed in that instance but not in the other. So they're distinct in the game and not just a weird graphical glitch.Before I go through and take out all my mods (I have a ton) and start adding them back in, does anyone know already what mod might be causing this, or if it's just a weird glitch in the pack itself?

I got this. Repairing the game fixed it.

I have this, as well. I took mods out and repaired the game, but I still have two copies of the world. I wonder if it’s safe to play one until I can find a fix. I’m also not able to filter CAS for the game pack. Edit: After removing mods and repairing the game a second time, I started a new vanilla save, which only has one of the worlds. My older save still has it showing up twice.

I have two Moonwood Mills. Anyone know why?

I had two moonwood mills, I had to restart my save by saving my families and plopping them in a new save and repairing my game due to another issue and my new save has just the one!

It would seem it would be a world mod that caused this bug. I hope those who are using any world etc. mods will report to Crinrict that indeed it's not a Maxis bug and tell others which one caused this issue.

Because it's so hard to sort bugs and for others to solve them if people don't report it was their mod that caused the problem over on Answers.EA.Com

Thanks. I checked one of my older games, and it had only one MWM, but it didn't have the icon for Tartosa (I don't have MWS, but the icon to remind me I don't have it is usually there). A new game had the right number of worlds.

Since the world with two MWMs was one I'd been making my own families for, I just uploaded all the families to my library and started over. I hadn't yet done much more than put a few gallery lots in, so that's not too bad.

I'll do a repair though, just so it doesn't happen in the future, and wish I hadn't deleted the faulty save.

Repairing the game (twice) did not fix it for me, but it was a new file, so I deleted it. My regular save has just one. I would have liked to have 2, but I knew that would be unstable.

Yeah, if I knew I would have just had, basically, extra lots and I could have edited the doubled NPCs, I might have just stuck with that. But it seemed more likely it'd just result in a massive crash later.
