I heart San Sequoia

I do think San Sequoia is going to pair well with the new EP, if the leak is on target. A multihousehold lot in the downtown area would really liven things up. I'm still working on that area in my main save. I removed the library and added a seasonal festival lot on the central lot next to the cinema, and I took out the founding family's home and replaced it with a wedding venue. I still plan to put in a restaurant or cafe where the empty lot is. Now I'm thinking that if I also replace the (vacation) rental lot with a small apartment building or townhomes, hopefully all of that together will make it seem more like a vibrant town center. As it shipped, it was a serious ghost town, but I do think the bones are decent for using the space creatively.
