Newsflash: I hope you are sitting down.... EA and every other business exists to make a profit. Every employee counts on that to be able to have jobs and make a living.
If you are not willing to pay the price, don't buy. EA isn't greedy. They are in business to make a profit. They will price what the market will pay. It's kinda how life works in the grown up world.
