There are some things like town editor and terrain tool and pond tool and food processor that aren't toddler related. The list is a little biased because there are a few things that weren't in any of the base games but came later on with patches. Anyway I hope it helps. The list was made by several Simmers that came together to list it all. There are some of the things that need to be checked off like the repairman.
