Ah ok, sorry. I thought you meant in a general sense of the phrase. Things like weather, pets, and stylized furniture I agree do get released in packs. It might be referring to things like hot tubs, fire pits, and the normal careers like medical, law enforcement, and scientist maybe that got sold through DLC.
