Ladies, Gentlemen, and everyone in between or outside of those descriptors, I give you... The TS4 True Completionist Checklist I'm sorry it took so long after I teased it back in October...

I had another look. And I do agree it's a beast. As more things come, this beast grows more and more. That is so much work you have done well.
Though I did come up with two more suggestions:
1. Celebrity perks and quirks (at first, I also though about reputation too, but nah, 6 celebrity perks require certain level of reputation).
2. Neighborhood Action Plans activated and repelled (so yup, a week of Sharing is Caring for completion).
In addition, I do feel like the list of sentiments has room for more. There are a lot of sentiments in game and most of the lists on the internet are incomplete, so it is understandable. Still, it is missing my favorite My Wedding Stories sentiment called "You Died at MY WEDDING". I should one day get myself compiling a "as much as I can complete" list of sentiments here.
I really don't know about additional boosts thing... "Please and Thank You" does also increase manners and "Sorry" increases conflict resolution, but they can be done on both toddlers and children. Flashcards change depending on how high is the toddler's skill level, so I don't think it will give something more.
But one thing is for sure: teaching toddlers or children to howl will unlock howling for them. So that's one thing. And having a child play with the doctor's playset a lot will give them a special moodlet when they're working as a doctor/vet.

As I started playing finally (haven't done so since I started working on this beast), I also realized I missed certain "teaching moments" that I think I might include in Abilities for now - different flashcards, "please and thank you" etc with toddlers that I think? gives additional boosts even if you max their skills another way?
