I'm not sure if the additional boosts truly exist or not - it was anecdotal on one site I had come across in my searching for sources though. Maybe it was in context of manners and such, but I could have sworn there was something... maybe it was more with children than toddlers, though, as you suggest with the doctor's playset.
I don't have My Wedding Stories or werewolves yet, unfortunately, but I am definitely adding more things as I come across them in-game now and will make sure to keep an eye out for unlisted sentiments as well. Any you find that I'm missing, though, please let me know and I'll add them. :) I've already added variations from knitting crafts to my personal copy and will be updating the template with them once I've done them all as far as I know.
