I need help with requesting a refund.
I'm sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong place. It's my first time here. I just bought an expansion pack for the sims 4 pc isIand living. I'm being charged twice on my PayPal account. I don't know what happened. The game has been downloaded but I haven't launched the game yet. How do I get a refund for the second charge?? If a refund is not possible I'd be willing to take a different expansion pack for the second one. I don't know what happened but I shouldn't have to pay for the same expansion pack twice. One charge is for December 19, 2024 at 3:21 pm and the other is for December 19, 2024 at 3:22. Can someone help me please.
This has been resolved. I finally figured out how to get the chat help thing to work. Lol sorry, I'm new to this stuff. Anyway, I talked with someone named Ashish and they were absolutely great!! They understood the problem and gave me a refund on one of the charges. I appreciate them so much. They were great.
