I need help with the sims urns

So I'm having an issue that I can't destroy the sims urns after I revive the sims. I can't destroy them or sell them anything. But the sims are alive again so the urns should disappear. How to make t...

I usually just stick it in the inventory of the sim it belonged to, like a keepsake. :D
