I really wish played Sims could have part time "NPC jobs"

1: I just think it'd be neat to be able to have a part time gig as a repair person or maid, and then maybe have a another full time job (if hours allowed) or freelance. It could work kinda like school...

I also find with married couples who have lots of kids that it is easier if one doesn't work. If they both had parttiime jobs they could split responsibilities more easily and both be good parents but enjoy a work life out of the house too.
