Erm... I may or may not have accidentally set an entire apartment building as a sim's head and then tried to reset it... Now there's a massive apartment building sitting in the middle of the Spice Mar...

Try going back to the very bottom save on the list -- hopefully that does fall before the set as head save. I have a save where I test weird stuff, also where I do the majority of my building so if something goes wrong I can back out without saving.
