It feels like there's a sale every two weeks at this point! But the only expansion I don't have that's on 50% off is Lovestruck, and I'm a little afraid of that one because I only play rotationally. Also I have zero interest in cupids corner at the moment and I'm not sure if the rest of the pack is worth it. Kinda want the goofy dance though, and some of the new animations.

Not that I am in need of anymore packs at this time as I bought up quite a bit in the past year (and still exploring gameplay). I am missing still more than half the SPs, all Kits (no plans to buy until they discount like regular packs) and:
- EP: B&H, FR, C&D, also HSY and DU (but I don't have interest)
- GP: MYS, DHD, also PH (but I don't have interest)
I just wonder if Black Friday/Cyber Monday might be a better time to buy more as, I just bought during the previous sale.

I agree, I feel sales are more frequently recently, but last time I posted that someone told me it wasn't. But I swear we get like 1-2 weeks between sales, and they might as well stay on sale full time at this point XD
Personally, I got more enjoyment out of Lovestruck than I thought I would. I ignore Cupids Corner/deactivate it, and I do not do the sexy dance (well once when I miss clicked and I just LOL'd at how cheesy).
I heard issues with Romantic Satisfaction for those who play rotationally, but it looks like it is being looked into too. But for myself I play one household with only one romance and usually I don't put much effort in romance, and I found this pack pleasantly surprising.
I am mostly an occult (spellcaster) and collector, but change up the household with other characters/Sims. Having a little upkeep of romantic satisfaction wasn't too much of a challenge, but it did add some in a good way.
I played around with Turn Ons/Offs so that one Sim is 'very attracted' to the planned partner, and the other only 'attracted' but once they gain a high enough career level and multiple high skill levels becomes 'very attracted'. I also made that wearing black/white is a Turn On and so when in formal, swimwear or sleep wear gains more attraction (as those are the colours I have set for that Sim). Which is funny to see the Sims switching between attracted and very attracted.
The additional interactions are nice too, but I really found I liked Romantically Reserved trait. They get cute flirtation interactions (Charm, Praise Beauty, etc.), and get creeped out moodlets when people flirt before they are friends/friendly status.
Anyways, I am going on, you may want to wait till they fix romantic satisfaction decay or get a mod to fix it. But if Cupid's Corner and the dance are holding you back, don't let it! I haven't found them an annoyance (once disabled for CC).

I couldn't resist, I finally caved and got Home Chef Hustle SP. My sims now exist on a diet of waffles.
I've also enjoyed Lovestruck more than I thought I would - the clothes are super cute. - HollownessDevour2 months agoSeasoned Ace
I am a fan of Home Chef Hustle: the mixer, the waffle maker, the extra cooking step, etc. just adds depth to cooking, and is compatible with Simple Living, so added challenge.

I'm on the fence with Life and Death EP. I was actually waiting for a sale to see if it will go up to 50% off now, and there was this sale, but upon checking, it's still at 38% off. What's intriguing is this sale will continue until Oct. 31 or the release date of Life and Death. Will they change the discount to 50% by then, or will we have to wait until the next sale for it to be 50% off?

I don't think they'll adjust the price mid-sale—it would most likely be next or one after.
