It’s amazing!! I was watching it yesterday. If I had the ambition to create a neighborhood, I can see it being a lot of fun.

@catmando830 It seems to be releasing next week on Arnie’s patreon. The video has a description on youtube and he said he is releasing it free to all before Christmas.

That's super impressive! Not something I would have the patience for, and it doesn't appear that you can add any more actual lots you can build on, so you would still be stuck with just 5 houses.

I really want to make an actual residential neighborhood with houses backyards butted up against each other like they are in RL.

But I give the guy lots of kudos for his amazing talent on what he's done with this mod. I will be really excited to see the amazing worlds other simmers come up with!
