I know, not landscape, but I had to show how this all unfolded in front of me. 🤣
None of my sims died. I changed The Watcher view to see why Grim was on the patio. A random visitor died at the front door. Then I spin around and see the strange moon. what a night!

It was sad that someone passed away at your sim’s front door, and because Grim arrived, it led you to look up at and see the moon 😢
