I think I found the memory system in TS4 - Memory Panel

I took some screenshots (press C) of the sims and went to review them and saw a button to make a memory. Did a web search and found this tutorial ➡ https://simscommunity.info/2014/10/25/sims-4-tutori...

Looks like the screenshot manager was simplified and you cannot sort like this pic from the tutorial on Simscommunity

oops read that wrong. The game auto selects the sims and the type of memory now.
