I am guessing basic weather could include temperature and weather basics.
Like it being cold and icy.
Fall cold and leaves falling out the trees.
Spring rain and flowers bloom faster.
Certain plants that are for seasons
Winter could have some snow ,but no interactions.Accept maybe making snowballs or snowmen.
Summer could be just very hot weather.
I imagine we want get holidays or custome holidays or anything too specific.I can imagine 20 .00 game pack call holidays.Can have all the stuff to make or add holidays in the game.
