I want to live in my Business lot

That's one of the things that i would love to be added. I bought GTW mostly because of the retail but i thought that i could have my store in my home lot. So i end up never using it.
On the other hand we can't have a second home. For me it makes no sense...

I'd appreciate this too. I work around it by building a loft or basement for the family to live it but it's really not the same. At the very least, I'd like the game to know where I sent the kids to school or scouts from and send them back to the active lot rather than default home. It annoys me that they leave from the business lot but go home to "home" lot when they've been living at the business with the rest of the family. I can "bring sim to this lot" but it's annoying to have to try to remember it all of the time and I often forget so the poor kids are in an empty house alone. :/

@Camkat Hmm...for story purposes, maybe you could make the "home lot" look like a playground (and name it as such), so the kids always stop by and play before coming home.

I do agree that Sims coming to the lot everyone else is on after school or a job would be nice. I had an alien couple living on Sixam at one point. "Home" was a tiny, empty apartment with a portal in it.

Ok wow! I actually LOVE this idea! Thanks so much! I'm 100% going to do that now. I'll still have to remember to bring them "home" but at least I won't feel bad if I forget them. ;)
