Yes according to LittleMsSam but she does only use it in her practical spells mod addon but went on the state:

So while I have not given it a go as yet I will start by using it again with LMS's own mod and addon first then I might try and find some old mods I used to use that provided extra spells in ROM but when I thought the spell injector creator had stopped updating and several reviewers were complaining of issues I reluctantly stopped using the mod altogether..If you use it before me come back and let me know how it goes and I will do the same once I have used it..
@Nikkih I apologize I truly do it's not often I react and then when I had intimated the blonde moment joke I went away to make a cup of tea and thought maybe I should not have said that either as perhaps someone will find it offensive followed by my next thought of I wish it was the eighties where I never had to think like this :)
