Idea to fix weird looking random sims generations

Why not make it even less bad and give me toggle to turn off randomized townies all together *wink wink*

and yes i also want to assign npc so they stop hogging my npc positions

I don't care what they wear i simply do not want them in my game in any shape or form

at least not now maybe in like million years when ive finally played all my premades through but even then i have their kids to play with who needs random townies really
