If I sell my store will it lose it’s perks? Solved

So my sim currently lives with a roommate and I want her to have sole ownership. I’m considering selling the business and move out and buy it back. Will the perks I purchased be lost or the points lost?

    So I decided to try it out and not save my game and it turns out I do still have my remaining points and I did keep the perks bought already. Neat.
