I believe this too-since Perrault's version (the one Disney used-obviously way of knowing this is the FG, pumkin coach, curfew, and of course the glass slipper-was written for the Sun King's court vs. other Cinderella stories with tree, or animal helper were for the common people like the later Grimms' version). But I was more thinking of *after* she was married.
Aroura I'd have to dig up if they gave any further characterization to Stephen's realm beyond his being king, but I don't think they did. I'd have to watch the movie again and see if I could pick up anything from the heraldry.
I think like Phillip and Aurora's marriage his marriage was arranged to Leah (since its odd that both Leah and Aurora have similar resemblance so that the kingdom or at least part of it might have belonged to Leah's family and maybe the FGs Flora, Fauna and Merryweather came from Leah's side?). I'm assuming that as a child he spent time as a child at the home his now-friend King Hubert (who appears to be a bit older then him even at the beginning of the movie) as first a page then a squire.
Snow White - okay, here I'd seriously have to think, because there's so little to go on in the movie. probably just pick a Prussian noble family name and go with that.
You're right There is little to go on but like Tangled it takes place in Germany. The clothing styles are simliar.
Ariel would get some variation of "from the sea" or "of the sea" ... not sure what language, probably Dutch.

Belle... Belle should have a family name, but it's possible that it's never mentioned (and between the animated movie, the live action movie and having helped with a high school production of the play, the various lines of dialogue are getting muddled in my head.) Without it being mentioned, I'd try to find the french translation of "Tinker" as in "Tinker about" or "fiddle with the mechanics"
Mulan has one (Fa or Hua)-wouldn't her name have changed to Li after marriage to Shang?

And I think most of the Pixar generation ladies have family names, except perhaps Rapunzel. (For Elsa and Ana, it helps to read Futhark and know Icelandic naming rules.)
I remember watching a "making of" documentary about Sleeping beauty and yes, the art is based on French medieval works (suitable, as the story they used was recorded by Perrault). But the music is from the ballet by Tchaikovsky, which allows a little further variation. :)
