If you could remake any world, which one would you choose?

Say it was up to you to remake/redesign any one of the worlds in The Sims 4, there's no limit and you can do whatever you want to it. Which one would you go for and why? As the poll is limited to ...

I'd like to have few more smaller lots in there. My Sims don't usually live in there because there is not even one small enough srtarter lot. There's that one affordable house but the lot is too big and I don't know what to do with it.
