If I had known, I would not have bought the Spooky Stuff pack.
I had just bought the Seasons expansion and was really enjoying it, especially the Create a Holiday feature. So right after that, I bought Backyard Stuff and Spooky Stuff, thinking they would be great additions to the holidays system.
But I was really disappointed to discover that the costumes from Spooky Stuff are not used by Sims for the “Wear Costumes” holiday tradition. If I had known that, I definitely wouldn’t have bought it. As it is, I almost never use the pack. 🙁
That said, I really love the Seasons expansion and I also enjoy the Backyard Stuff pack. I often use the lawn water slide as a holiday tradition (water fun), and I end up using the CAS items quite a lot, along with some build items like the bird feeder.
I was so, so, tempted to buy Spooky Stuff when I decided to open up seasons in my pack challenge, now I'm glad I didn't. Thank you.
