I've thought about this a lot and I honestly can't think of any pack I wouldn't get second time around, because even if I don't use the main feature of a certain pack on a regular basis, I do use little bits and pieces from it and would miss them.
Yes, Batuu is probably my least used pack because I did all the aspirations and don't feel like doing them again, but I like the clothing and some of the props, especially when I'm playing a scientist Sim or if I have a cosplay club going.
Next least used is probably the My First Pets Stuff, but while I don't have small pets very often (if ever), I do find I use some of the furniture often and some pet outfits because I do regularly have cats and dogs in my households.
