If you had to make money one way in TS4, which way would it be?
Just to note, careers is not an option as you can earn tons of money from promotions. I know there are more ways, they don't give you a lot.

- Retail.
For me I like the challenge that retail provides. From creating a small business to a evolving it to a huge store as time passes, it feels a huge progression for me. Not to mention once you reach the top, unlocked all perks, everything, you could easily earn 20-25k a day. - Painting. There's a lot of pretty designs and they always seem to be adding more to the game.
- Writing. You eventually get royalties daily for doing nothing for several days in a row. Maybe only have to write one thing a week or two.
- At this stage, adventuring. That's coming from someone who was not at all a fan of World Adventures. The Jungle Adventure game pack is just done so well.

Same. Gardening is the most profitable (dragonfruits are worth a ludicrous amount) but I love writing irl so that's the one I went with.- Even though I chose retail, I really meant using the flea market table but that wasn't an option.
- I chose gardening, it was a 3-way tossup...gardening, painting and writing. Sad to say, all my sims do at least one of them, if not all of them. Gardening is tough until you get the garden evolved enough for fruits and veggies to bring in enough to live on, but then after that you're set. Painting is tough also because I have several mods with different paintings my sims can craft, but they're so good I don't want to part with them, lol. Writing is also tough, my sim had 3,000 per day coming in, then it started dropping, mainly because she's been exploring and honing her archeological skills. (Love this pack.) And yes, you can make a great living from finding relics and treasure. <3
- Combining mixology with vampire lore makes the most money for me. But I don't know if I would want to do that all the time because the amount of money it makes is ridiculous.
